Confidentiality Policy
ABK6, in its capacity as Data Controller, is committed to protecting your personal data. As such, the purpose of this confidentiality policy is to inform you of the way in which your data is processed and to ensure that you comply with the regulations established in particular by European Regulation EU2016/679 of 27 April 2016 as well as Law 78-17 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended on 6 January 1978.
This confidentiality policy applies to all websites, applications and services published and used by ABK6. As this policy is bound to be updated in accordance with legal provisions and the services offered by ABK6, we invite you to consult it as frequently as possible.
1. What personal data is collected?
Several types of personal data may be collected on the website and other digital solutions, in particular:
- Identity-related data;
- contact details;
- bank details and payment details;
- the amount of your payment;
- data relating to browsing preferences;
- electronic identification data.
2. Why is some of my data collected?
Your personal data, collected by ABK6, enables us to :
- provide you with services: booking for a cognac passion tour, booking for a cocktail creation workshop, booking for a cellar master workshop, online payment, responding to contact requests, sending documentation or information, etc.;
- offer you optimal browsing on the site: adapting the display according to the terminal used, storing preferences, etc.;
- propose sharing functions on social networks;
- carry out statistical analyses of visits to our site
3. How long will my data be kept?
The data collected will be processed and kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, in compliance with the standards, regulations and texts in force.
However, in accordance with Article 5 of the RGPD, certain personal data may be “kept for longer periods insofar as they are processed exclusively for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes”.

6. Who will receive my data?
Your personal data will only be used by the departments and persons authorized to process it in accordance with the specified purposes.
This data may also be communicated to authorized subcontractors for the purposes of processing.
7. Will my data leave the European Union?
Your personal data will be hosted within the European Union.
However, remaining free to choose its technical and/or commercial relations, ABK6 reserves the right to host or transfer certain data to subcontractors established outside the European Union on condition that they present sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the GDPR, in particular if the countries present an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of European Regulation EU2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
8. Is my data secure when it is being processed?
All parties with access to your data are authorized and bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
In this respect and in accordance with Article 32 of the RGPD, ABK6 and all subcontractors undertake to implement all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data processed.
9. I have various rights. How can I exercise them?
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer your personal data. You may also obtain a restriction on the processing of your data or object to their processing for a legitimate reason.
